A Marine Corps veteran, operational turnaround leader, and educator, Dr. Nkosi Leary is devoted to helping organizations build systems that perform. With a diagnostic eye and uncompromising standards, he steps into complex environments, identifies what is not working, and builds what holds.

Over twenty-six years in the United States Marine Corps, he rose from helicopter crew chief to senior aviation operations manager. He was repeatedly tasked with stabilizing struggling units, diagnosing failures in process, people, and accountability, and rebuilding them to pass any inspection, on any day, with no advance warning.

Today, he leads Kumasi Solutions, a consulting practice focused on high-reliability leadership and operational turnaround, teaches at Morehouse College, and serves on the board of the Development Authority of the City of South Fulton.

Dr. Leary does not do motivational, and he does not do generic. He delivers post-engagement debriefs, written deliverables, and measurable change. He left the uniform, but never the work: take complexity, find the failure point, and build something that holds.
