Monique Parker, CSP, is CEO of SHE-MP and SVP of Safety, Environment, Health & Sustainability at Piedmont Lithium. With a BS in Chemical Engineering from Tennessee Tech and over 20 years of experience, Monique has led global safety programs across mining, manufacturing, and chemicals.
She has spearheaded sustainability strategies, secured critical operational permits, and built compliance systems that enable growth and ESG success, particularly within the lithium sector supporting the electric vehicle market.
