Phillip C. Bauknight
Phil is a trusted legal advisor representing employers nationwide in employment, business, labor, and OSHA-related matters. He has extensive experience contesting OSHA citations, guiding clients through inspections, conducting compliance audits, and defending whistleblower and retaliation claims. His clients span industries such as manufacturing, construction, healthcare, technology, and financial services, including publicly traded companies with global operations.
A seasoned litigator, Phil regularly appears in federal, state, appellate, and administrative courts, as well as before the EEOC and state agencies. He advises on workplace safety, compliance, hiring, discipline, termination, discrimination, retaliation, leave, and accommodations.
