BIOGRAPHY
Dr. Pauline Rotich is a Partner, General Manager and Global EHS Leader at Microsoft, where she leads a strong culture of health and safety and delivers EHS services that protect workers, communities, and the environment. A Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) and Certified Safety Professional (CSP), she previously spent more than a decade at ExxonMobil in EHS leadership roles across upstream, midstream, downstream, and research environments.
Her expertise spans industrial hygiene, occupational health, process safety, emergency response, and risk management in technology, datacenter, and oil and gas operations. She holds a Ph.D. from University of Texas Health Houston School of Public Health and an M.S. in Industrial Hygiene from the University of Central Missouri.
